This is a good question.  There are several ways.  The first is to get a recommendation from a friend.  One can also google the keyword ie. private jets.   This will bring up several results usually of both operators and brokers.   This is a good start.  The aviation directories are another good way to find information.  Information on the private airport can be helpful as well.  Usually you can find information on the operators this way.  One can also google jet broker or operator.   Have a fun search!
