As you know there are many things which one must confirm before a private jet charter.  Here is an important checklist.  

1. Did the client’s have any special requests?  

2. Did they request catering?  If so I usually follow up with the operators to make sure catering was ordered and try to get an estimate of the cost.  

3.  I will call the Operator the night before to confirm the tail number and itinerary.    Sometimes this may change and the last thing you want to do is give the client the wrong number.  I will also confirm the times of departure usually they will tell me if there are any delays due to bad weather or low visibility.

4.  I usually will follow up with my client  to confirm the intinerary, FBO infomation and times the day of the flight to make sure they are on schudule.  The FBO is the Fixed Based Operator.  This is the location of the charter.

5.  Lastly, I will use flight tracking  www.flightaware  to flight follow.  This is a great tool and I have this bar on my front page. 

6.  If it is an International Jet Charter make sure to confirm passport details.  Make sure to remind client’s to bring passports.

7.  After the flight has landed I will follow up with the Operator to get feedback on the flight.  I then call my clients to see how they enjoyed the charter.
