I have found in my years of advising clients on private jet charter and arranging private jet flights that they appreciate the benefits of private jet services. I also like to name the client as additionally insured. The Operator will gladly do this for the broker.

Usually I will email clients a menu and give them an estimate of the costs. I like to do this, as catering can be quite expensive. Clients usually appreciate this. Also, if the clients request a newer car it is the brokers responsibility to make sure the companies quoted will not only show up on time, but are also are professional.
