If you use private aviation a private jet card might be the way to go.  There are many programs out there so make sure to compare them all.  Each one comes with certain benefits and advantages.  Generally speaking it should meet your jet charter needs.   If you prefer to use the same type of aircraft all the time  check to see if there is availability.  It makes sense as this is a preference.  For example if you like to charter a Citation X please make sure it is available for charter in the regions that you prefer to charter.  

The advantage of a private jet card is its flexibility.  Generally speaking money is kept in an account and debited from the account for the cost of the jet charter.  This is great if you want the convenience of chartering on a moments notice.  Before signing a contract you should request the various costs per hour on all the types of jets.  Make sure to read all the details too.  Each jet charter company has different jet card programs.
